Sometimes we become so intimidated, so exhausted just thinking about the finish line, and how long it will take until we cross it, that we forget the victory right in front of us — the starting line.
On any given race day, simply crossing the starting line may not be enough to win.
But in the entirety of the journey, every step counts.
