At any given moment we have the ability to recruit 100% of our faculties and apply it towards a task, an endeavor, or a pursuit. It requires focus, but that’s also all we need to do.
It’s worth practicing this no matter the scale or complexity of the work . It’s critical when a project is perplexing, but it can also be just as important even if the task is trivial.
If how we do anything is how we do everything, then why wouldn’t we want to access 100% of our ability anywhere, anytime?
