If you’re willing to debate it, argue for it, and swear by an idea’s importance and necessity, be prepared to easier it like it’s your own child. You should not only get it to a point of being able to stand and walk on its own without you, it should be giving back too.

We all have ideas. But we execute on so few with the conviction and seriousness to prove that it works and that it’s worthwhile.

Your ideas are worth listening to. But your ideas are worth doing too, and that will only happen if you commit to being the last one standing to make sure it happens. Leadership and credit goes to those who take the initiative and see things through until it sticks the landing.
